Your camera and microphone are off by default. If you'd like to talk with your microphone and camera, you can click the "Raise a hand" button so the teacher can allow you to turn them on.

Once the teacher sees that you raised a hand, they can accept your request to join. Don't forget to allow your browser to use the camera and microphone in the pop-up window!
