It's important for us to make sure that each of our students has a positive experience learning with Memby. This is why we've introduced our Refund Policy that allows you to get your money back in case you're not satisfied with a class.

Full Refunds

The following situations guarantee a full refund. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need additional help with a refund for any of these reasons:

  • When you withdraw from a class of any type within 48 hours of purchase. Note that the 48-hour refund window only applies until the class’s start time.

  • You decide to use our 14-day money back guarantee after purchasing the subscription plan.

  • A purchase was accidentally made by a friend or family member using your account.

If you find a Memby purchase on your card or other payment method that you didn't make and that wasn't made by anyone you know, you can report unauthorized charges within 120 days of the transaction.

Prorated Refunds

The following situations guarantee a prorated refund based on the number of live classes that already taken places. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need additional help with a refund for any of these reasons:

  • If the teacher cancels a class in progress, you will receive a prorated refund based on the percentage of meetings you paid for that were canceled.

Additional Policies

  • If you miss a class meeting, you are not entitled to a refund.

  • If you've been late to a class, a recording of a given lesson is available for you after the class. However, being late does not entitle you to a refund.

  • Times and subjects of classes may be the subject to change. All changes will be communicated in advance.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment used for your purchase on Memby, and they cannot be issued to a different card. In the case that the original card is closed or no longer active for any reason, you may need to contact your bank or credit card company to retrieve the funds. In select cases, you may not be able to retrieve your refund, but we will offer you a free subscription. Our team will provide you with specific guidance in these cases

  • In the rare case a person requests an excessive number of refunds, they may be disqualified from receiving future refunds.
