Recurring Payments - a payment model where customers authorize a merchant to automatically debit funds at regular intervals for goods and/or services provided to them.

We have chosen this model so that if you buy a Memby membership and choose to pay by card, you don't have to worry about recurring payments and your membership continues without any interruptions.

How does it work?

Recurring payments only apply if you have chosen to pay by card. The money is automatically debited every 30 days for as long as automatic subscription renewal is enabled.

If auto-renewal is disabled, the plan will not automatically renew after 30 days and the subscription will be suspended.

Manage your automatic scans by logging into your account: https://za.memby.org/login

Click on the profile icon in the right-hand corner of the menu and select "View Plan". Here you can switch automatic subscription renewal on and off.

Important!

Please note that if you have an open-ended 1-month plan and you turn off auto-renewal, your plan will be suspended the following month and no further scans will take place, but if you have a 9-month or 3-month plan, if you turn off auto-renewal, membership will only be suspended after the end of the plan term, i.e. after 9 or 3 months.

If you wish to cancel your subscription before the end of your plan, there is an early cancellation fee.
