💳 The card can only be changed by users themselves in the Account Settings.
Step One. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner. Then go to "Plan Overview".
Step two. Click "Update card".
Then, enter the new card details:
After saving, the card data will be refreshed.
The payer can be anyone, usually a parent/guardian.
If your plan is still active, but you had a payment that was late, the charge that was late should be automatically processed within a few days. You can also contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +27635324815 to get recharged earlier.
