💳 The card can only be changed by users themselves in the account settings.

Click "Update payment card":

Then enter the new card details:

After saving, the card data will be refreshed. 

The payer can be anyone, usually a parent/guardian.

If your plan is still active, but you had a payment that was late, the charge that was late should be automatically processed within a few days.
