If you don't hear anything when you log in to the lesson, try the solutions below to fix this problem 👇
Step 1: Check your device settings
Make sure your device's volume is turned up, not off. Adjust the physical volume buttons or the volume settings on the device itself.
If you use headphones or other external speakers, make sure they are working and properly connected.
Step 2: Check your browser
It is possible that our platform does not support your browser. Try changing to a different browser, for example, we recommend Google Chrome.
If neither browser supports audio, try clearing your browser cache and cookies. If you are on your phone, turn off all background apps and clear cookies as well.
Example of how to clean the Google Chrome browser:
Click on the three dots in the right-hand corner of the browser and select "More tools" from the menu bar.
Next, select the "Clear browsing data" section.
A table will appear on the screen where you uncheck "Browsing history" and leave the other two checked. Finally, click on the "Clear data" button.
Step 3: Reboot your device
Sometimes technical glitches are temporary. Try turning off all apps you are currently using, rebooting your device, and logging into the lesson again.
Step 4: Replace your device
If none of the previous steps have worked, there's a good chance that the problem is with the device itself, so if possible, try connecting to the lesson on another device.
