Memberships with a minimum period of use can only be canceled in exceptional cases. To do so, please contact our customer service team.

However, you can always cancel the automatic payments to prevent the membership from expiring. More information on how to do this is here.

Cancellation of a membership with a commitment requires payment of a cancellation fee. This fee is 10 ZAR per month for the months during which you have used Digiclase services. The cancellation fee will not exceed 60 ZAR.

Example: If you have a 9-month plan and have used it for two months, the cancellation fee will be 20 ZAR.
