Memberships with a minimum period of use can only be cancelled in exceptional cases. To do so, please contact our customer support team.
However, you can always cancel the automatic payments to prevent the membership from expiring. More information on how to do this is here.
Cancellation of a membership with a commitment requires a payment of the cancellation fee. This fee is counter 100 ZAR per month for the months during which you have used Memby services. The cancellation fee can not exceed 600 ZAR.
For example: If you have a 9-month plan and have used it for two months, the cancellation fee will be 200 ZAR.
